We’ve been around the world, yet continue to expand our missions to include new sites.

Children’s Surgery International travels to locations around the world where we have determined the need for our services to be great. Our volunteers have provided life-changing surgeries, in-country education and medical supplies for children, their families and medical professionals in Cambodia, China, Gaza, Ghana, Haiti, Jordan, Kenya, Liberia, Mexico, Morocco, North Viet Nam, Peru and Venezuela.

Currently, our organization coordinates 3-4 mission trips per year. We have three annual destinations, Liberia, Mexico and Haiti, and plan additional missions based both on previous visits or commitment, and on site assessments, which take place throughout the year. CSI performs site assessments in locations we feel may benefit from our services. Sites are visited and assessed by board members and medical providers for safety, available resources and how great of a need exists. Site assessments are presented to the Board of Directors who collectively decide whether to make the site a mission destination.
